INCREASING DEMAND IN CQ FOR CIVIL CONSTRUCTION FIRM FOUNDED ON QUALITY

As Central Queensland industry prepares for major projects such as the Shoalwater Bay Remediation Project, the Australia Singapore Military Training Initiative at Shoalwater Bay and the Clarke Creek Wind Farm, one of the region’s newest civil construction firms is strengthening their position in the marketplace in readiness for an increased work program.

Hendrie Constructions was established on the Capricorn Coast in 2013, and as a result of their unyielding commitment to producing quality and building strong relationships with clients, the demand for their services is on the increase.

As they start work on underground and civil infrastructure of Stage 5A at Edenbrook at Parkhurst, the third stage they have undertaken at the parkland residential estate, Edenbrook’s Project Director Ms Melissa Hytch said they were confident the Hendrie Constructions team would create a quality project once again.

"Their attention to detail in every aspect of their work is significant and our team loves working with Luke Hendrie and his crew as we are confident in the quality of their work,” Ms Hytch said.

“Hendrie Constructions aligns with the Edenbrook brand; we are creating a residential estate for the aspirational buyer; someone who is looking for something a bit more.”

“We invest a lot of money in our streetscapes, our landscapes and we are very conscious of presenting our estate well; people who visit Edenbrook fall in love with the natural bushland surrounds and high quality of presentation,” she said.

“We have had no issues in previous stages with Hendrie’s work; and nothing is ever a problem when dealing with their team.”

Hendrie’s expect to complete Edenbrook’s Stage 5A in May 2019 and will manage this project as well as civil construction services at acreage residential estate, Canomie Park on Tanby and the Pacific Hotel redevelopment in Yeppoon.

Luke Hendrie, Managing Director of Hendrie Constructions is pleased that their reputation for quality work in civil construction is being recognised in Rockhampton and on the Capricorn Coast.

“We are committed to creating projects where attention to detail is at the forefront, so even as we expand our workforce in 2019 with new operators and labourers coming on board, we will ensure this focus remains,” Mr Hendrie said.
