Hendrie Constructions continues its demanding work program, and as it looks towards 2019, the company has a number of new and continuing projects which will keep its workforce busy throughout Central Queensland.

The company is always on the look-out for qualified and experienced civil construction staff, and is now recruiting for experienced operators who are also willing to turn their hand to labouring or other project work as the need arises.

Excavator Operator / Pipe Layer

Hendrie Constructions is looking for an EXPERIENCED Excavator Operator / Pipe Layer for civil construction projects in Rockhampton and Yeppoon. The applicant must have experience in detailed excavation and pipelaying, but be willing to do labouring work.

Applicants must have the following skills and attributes to be considered for the position:

  • Plant operator tickets

  • Construction White Card

  • Drivers licence and reliable transport

  • HC drivers licence preferred but not essential

  • Work within WH & S guidelines

  • Honest and reliable with a strong work ethic

  • Ability to work within a team and unsupervised.
